VXD Diaphragm Dosing pump – Single/Multi-Head
Description Features Benefits Specifications
The VXD line operates a higher flow rate while maintaining high pressure. In a positive displacement pump, the electric motor drives an eccentric cam which in turn drives the diaphragm The diaphragm forms a vacuum inside the liquid-end head which is how fluid is suctioned from the tank and dosed into the mainline. The precision cnc machining of working parts ensures an accuracy with 2 to 5 % variation on the straight-line dosing curve. Easy-to-install. Easy-to-use.
Our dosing pumps have the ability to add multiple dosing liquid-ends running off of one motor. These liquid-ends can either run proportionally, independently or all in combination. Our Diaphragm dosing pumps allow for the following: dosing lower volumes at higher pressures than its single head counterparts; dosing higher volumes in total volume per hour by adding up to 4 gearboxes; dosing proportionally per liquid-end in relation to the other liquid-ends; and dosing independent per liquid-end as set per requirement.
***PUT BENEFITS HERE***
Metering pumps are positive displacement pumps which are designed to pump at constant flow rates against a wide-range of discharge pressure, including high discharge pressures of tens of bar. When the cam moves backward, a vacuum is created. An precise volume of liquid is drawn into the displacement body on the reciprocal stroke and forced into the dosing line on the compression stroke. The advantage of these types of pumps lie in that outside influences do not change volume set to be dosed. Thus having varying pressures and varying mainline flows, does not influence the set dosed volume.
